THE RAINDANCE FIELD GUIDE
How to make a Raindance AI video
Make a solo or duet from your photos, choose the right pack, and save the finished MP4.
You can make a Raindance AI video here from one clear adult portrait for Solo, or two separate portraits for Duet. Choose the mode, add the photos, sign in with Google, confirm permission, and buy a one-time pack or use an existing allowance. Once the job is submitted, you can return to your account to check it. Download the completed MP4 after watching the whole clip.
The current output is vertical 9:16 at 768p: a Solo lasts 10 seconds and a Duet lasts 8 seconds. The scene is a wooden pier at golden hour. You do not choose a different location, supply a custom reference video, or write a scene prompt. If you need a full-length music video or a landscape export, decide that before buying: this tool produces a short, fixed-format performance.
1. Decide who appears
Select Solo for one person. Select Duet for two people appearing together. A Duet uses one photograph per performer; the first input maps to the left performer and the second to the right. You do not need a photograph together. If your only source is a group picture, create a separate crop of each consenting adult, keeping the other faces outside the crop.
Permission matters even for a joke between friends. Use your own image or an image of an adult who agreed to this use. This generator does not offer a pets mode, celebrity impersonations or videos of children. Some other tools advertise those options; their descriptions do not describe this site's supported input.
2. Add clear photographs
Start with an original image in even light, facing the camera, with the face visible. A head-and-shoulders or waist-up portrait gives you a useful amount of detail. Avoid a distant face, heavy beauty filters, hands across the mouth or dark glasses. Inspect the preview before continuing.
JPG, PNG, WebP and HEIC/HEIF are accepted within the upload limits. HEIC/HEIF is converted locally for compatibility. If your phone cannot open or convert a file, export it as JPEG in your photo app and select that copy. Renaming an extension is not conversion. See the photo guide for limits and practical examples.
Selecting a photo creates a local preview. Signing in does not itself purchase or submit a generation. Keep the photos selected through checkout; the existing return-and-recovery workflow is designed to restore the draft, but it cannot recover a local file that you deliberately delete from the browser.
3. Sign in and check the pack
Use Continue with Google. The same Google account is how you recover purchased allowances and submitted videos. There is no email-password or email-code login on this site.
Packs contain 1 video for $9.90, 2 for $18.90 or 5 for $44.90 USD. They are one-time purchases, valid for 365 days, with no renewal. The number of videos in a pack is separate from the number of people in a clip: a one-video pack can make a Duet. Check your chosen mode, photos and permission checkbox before leaving for payment.
4. Submit once, then check progress
After a confirmed payment, use the generation button. Upload and processing can take time; a pending task is not a failed task. Avoid starting another version merely because the first has not finished. Check the task on the page or visit your account. Closing the tab after submission does not cancel the job.
When a task reports a technical failure, the allowance charged for that failed task is restored. This is different from an automatic cash refund and different from a finished video you dislike. A new successful attempt uses another allowance. The billing and recovery guide explains these cases.
5. Watch, download and post
Watch the beginning, middle and ending before downloading. Check identity, left/right assignment, extra people, facial movement and sound. AI may alter likeness, clothing or timing; a completed render does not promise an exact identity match or exact lip-sync.
Save the MP4 to your device. To use a particular song, add audio you have permission to use in your editor or destination app and preview the exported result. Follow that platform's current AI-label instructions. TikTok's AI-generated content guidance is the starting point for TikTok posts.
