THE RAINDANCE FIELD GUIDE
Raindance AI pricing, failed videos and purchase recovery
Understand one-time video packs, recover a submitted task, and distinguish allowance returns from cash refunds.
Raindance AI generation is paid. You can watch examples and select photos locally without buying, but a personalized generation requires a confirmed one-time purchase or unused allowance. The packs cost $9.90 for 1 video, $18.90 for 2, and $44.90 for 5 in USD. Purchased allowances are valid for 365 days. There is no subscription or automatic pack renewal.
The pack count is the number of video allowances, not the number of people in each video. One allowance can make a Solo or a Duet. Choose Solo for a 10-second, one-person clip or Duet for an 8-second, two-person clip; both are 768p vertical 9:16 MP4s.
A pending payment is not a paid purchase
Use Google to sign in before checkout. After paying, return to the generator and allow the order status to refresh. The site grants allowance after confirming payment, not simply because a browser opens a success URL. A canceled checkout or an unpaid session does not generate a paid allowance.
If checkout reports success while the page still shows a pending payment, refresh its purchase status rather than buying a second pack immediately. Keep the receipt. Sign in with the same Google account used before checkout; a second Google account has a different purchase history.
Recover a purchase or task
Open your account using the original Google account. The generator also provides an existing-purchase recovery control when there are purchases available for the selected tool. Use that record to continue with its allowance instead of creating a new purchase for the same task.
A submitted task continues processing after you leave the page. Check its status when you return. Closing a tab is not cancellation. Starting another generation creates a separate attempt and can spend another allowance, even if the first attempt is still pending.
Local photo drafts are different from submitted tasks. A selected photo that has never been uploaded is stored in the browser's local workflow, not recreated from an account receipt. If you change devices or clear browser storage before submission, select the original photograph again.
Technical failure versus a completed result
A technically failed generation restores the allowance charged for that failed task. You can use the returned allowance for another attempt. This is an allowance restoration, not an automatic refund to the payment card.
A completed video can still differ from your expectations. AI may change likeness, clothing, performance or mouth movement. Deciding to remake a completed clip is a new generation and uses allowance. Watching examples before buying helps you assess the format, but those examples do not establish a success rate or guarantee your result.
The refund policy sets out payment-refund conditions and support. For a duplicate charge or an unresolved order, contact contact@raindanceai.me. Send a payment receipt or order reference through support, not through a public social post. Do not send full card details.
Why a free preview is not a free personalized video
You can view a public example and preview a local photo for free. Submitting a personalized render is paid; this site does not offer a free generation pack. Check the current pack and remaining allowance before confirming your request.
Other services may offer a watermarked teaser, temporary credits or different export limits. Check the current service itself, especially whether its free output includes a download and whether it matches the paid duration and resolution. This site's pack prices and recovery terms describe this site alone.
A quick check before spending another allowance
First verify which Google account is signed in. Then review the existing purchase, the task's current status and whether a prior allowance return has appeared. Next inspect the photos and left/right assignments. Finally decide whether the issue is a technical failure or a finished result you want to change.
These checks avoid paying twice while an order is still being reconciled or starting competing attempts while a render is underway. Once you understand the task's state, return to the Raindance AI generator.
